      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently The Export function in Issue navigator is available to Export in multiple formats by default. This is not always desirable and would be beneficial for administrators to be able to restrict the ability to export to certain formats (Such as this request to limit the Excel Export function) or remove entirely.

      A permission set to enforce who could export issues via the export this filter in another format option's would be the best option. alternatively a full disable option.
