Ability To Restrict or Limit or Disabling the Excel Export

      At the moment, the Excel export is accessible by all users. Since there is possibility that user has triggered this feature very frequently, this might cause slowness in the instance.

      Therefore, it will be nice to have if:

      • there permission exist to restrict this feature to certain groups
      • there is an option to disable this feature
      • there any limit of total number of Excel export can be generated per minute
