Highlight new comments since the user's last visited session on an issue

      In the scenario where there are many users working or commenting on an issue, there is no a highlight/mark to know which was the last comment that a user saw or the new added comments

      It would be great if there is a new feature to highlight new comments since the user's last visited session on an issue.
