      We are a Belgian company, with users speaking French and Dutch. All our software is configured as English, but date and number formats are Belgian. Jira allows me to modify the date-time format, but not the decimal point.

      When I change language to French, the decimal separator is not a dot as I would expect, but a blank.

      If there is a way to modify it, I couldn't find it.
