Apply bulk multi-value options to custom fields

      The recent changes to multi-value fields like Labels and Fix Version are great but they don't work for custom fields.
      We use a few custom checkbox fields that I'd like to apply the same bulk changes for; Add to existing (selected options), Clear all, Replace all with, Find and remove.
      We also have a custom field 'Target version' of type 'Version Picker (multiple versions)' that I'd like that functionality for, so it's got the same options again as Affected version and Fix version.
