Troubleshoot JIRA Service Desk notifications using Notification Helper

      As an administrator, I would like to use the Notification Helper to troubleshoot JIRA Service Desk notification issues.

      Example: "Notifications not being received by Service Desk customers"

      Use case example

      • Notification Helper does not take account of "Default rules" which can be configured at Project settings > Customer notifications
