Issue collector is not rendered properly with Google login session

      Summary

      Issue collector only showing Name and Email field on first load. Subsequent load will show all the configured fields in issue collector.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Login to Atlassian Cloud instance via GApps with Keep me signed in ticked
      2. Create an issue collector for a project and put it inside an HTML
      3. Close the browser
      4. Open the HTML file with the same browser again
      5. Trigger the issue collector

      Reproduced in Chrome and Firefox.
