Field Context Schemes - ability to assign a group of context

In order to keep the number of custom fields under control, we ask our admins to reuse fields as much as possible, creating new contexts when a field's values need to be specific for a project.

Most of the time however, the same context will be shared by a group of projects belonging to the same team/department.

It would be extremely useful to be able to create a context scheme, to be able to quickly assign a group of context without having to edit each custom field one by one.

I think one context scheme per project is good enough for most situations.

Not sure if this fits within JRA-3156 or not.
