Inherit assignee on sub-tasks

      When you create sub-tasks of a task, the sub-tasks should have a default assignee of the assignee of the parent task, as outlined in this post: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/271835/jira-doesnt-inherit-assignee-on-subtasks

      As the first answer mentions, this could possibly be optional, as some may not want it to work that way.
