JIRA mail plugin doesn't strip all quote lines when responding from gmail to long email address/sender name

      The problem is that NonQuotedCommentHandler currently is able to strip only 2 lines backwards when it sees quote beginning. In this case email quote start like this:

      On 30 September 2014 12:59, MrTest (JIRA) <test001@mailtest.osomdev.com>
wrote:

>       MrTest

      Due to that it doesn't strip the first line: 

      On 30 September 2014 12:59, MrTest (JIRA) <test001@mailtest.osomdev.com>

      If the line would be shorter it would work .
