New HTML5 image attachment lacks possibility for comment

      With the old Attach Screenshot based on a Java Applet, it was possible to attach an additional comment with the screenshot taken. The new HTML5-based "attach screenshot" does not allow it anymore. This is a regression that our users a using very often, so the new dialog forces them to make another step which was not necessary before.
