Option to replace default avatar with user initials

      It would be great if there was an option to use the user's initials (eg. JW for John Wayne) instead of the default avatar image when displaying an avatar.

      Currently, working on a srum board, for instance, where the majority of users have not selected their own avatars, it is quite difficult to see at a glance who is assigned to what issue.
