Deleting User: issue comments should have link

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In the attached screenshot, when deleting a user you see a link to all the assigned issues so you can remove them before deleting. The "Comment Issue" should also have a link, so that those comments can be tracked down as well.
