      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      For an admin this can be an impossible task to maintain in a big company and might be more suitable for project leaders to maintain these lists so that they are kept more up to date.

      Allowing project admins to create and maintain their own user groups would be ideal
