      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, the default sorting for Attachments in the View Issue screen takes on the "Name" parameter. It will be handy if there is an option to switch the default sorting to use either Sort by Date or Sort by Name.

      It would be even better if this can be implemented at project level:

      1. Sort by Date: Project A, Project B, Project C
      2. Sort by Name: Project D
