When creating a shared filter, the user can only add groups to the shared filter where the user him/herself is member of. For ordinary users this seems logical to me, however;
Administrators have to be member of all groups in an instance to have the option to add any of all existing groups to a shared filter.
Would it be possible to give Administrators rights to add groups to a shared filter where they aren't a member of?
