JIRA dumping the mail queue content before a shutdown

      Hi guys,

      It would be great if JIRA had a feature to dump the mail queue content on the file system before shutdown, if the mail queue gets stuck or on a crash (like on a heap dump). As well you would need to implement a way to resume the mail queue from the same dump file(s).
