Improve Mention Function to Exclude Email Address

      At current point, the mentions function in JIRA requires the fundamentals to work, which are:

      • User must have the "Browse User" permission.
      • The comments and/or description fields must be in the Wiki Text Renderer format.

      However, if the User email visibility property in JIRA's General Configuration page is set to "Hidden", then this would break the mentions feature as well.

      It would be great if the mentions feature is bounded to just the user's username and full name, just like Confluence.
