      Currently JIRA Agile and third-party add-ons have a dependency on Saved Filters - Agile boards are based on Saved Filters. However, there is no plugin point to allow us to inform the user that they should they delete a Saved Filter, they'll make a related Agile board unavailable (GHS-6706). Ideally, Saved Filters would be aware of what is dependent on them and inform the user. This would avoid the case where a user unknowingly deleted a Saved Filter and removed all their co-workers' boards.
