Update Applinks-linker to work with JIRA 4.4

      With JIRA 4.3's reintroduction of AppLinks we lost the link rendering functionality. As a temporary work around, we introduced a plugin to bring this feature back. This was discussed here:

      Unfortunately in JIRA 4.4 this plugin no longer works - several of the modules are missing / disabled.
