A way to filter the issues based on which user has commented.

      We have clients who likes to have filter that will allow them to bring up the list of issues that they have commented on. We also think this is useful. Currently, there is no way to filter on updated by field since field is not available on the interface. It would also be nice to incorporate the time factor in to designing this feature.
      For example, I would like to see all the incidents that I have commented on (reporter and assignee could be someone else) since last 15 days.

      I hope this explains what is needed.
