Allow to sort / customise the order of Issue Links

      Having a way to control visibility, display order, and usage for Issue links would be great as well.

      I believe this request is both for existing Issue Links when viewing an issue:

      and the "Search for issues" dropdown that appears when you go to add a new linked issue:
