User preference for default tab opened by issue viewer

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      I almost always want to look at the "All" tab of the issue viewer, rather than the "Comments" tab. I'd really like to be able to tell JIRA that by default I'd like issues opened with the all tab, so that I don't have to switch it whenever I stop using JIRA for 15 minutes (or whatever our session timeout is).
