Store project creation date, last update date and closure date in the project table

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      There's no way to define when a project has been created or updated in the system.
      Add this field to the project table and store the creation date within.
      It would help a lot to build entreprise indicators, such as roll-out progress or jira activity in the company.

      Please see JRA-13087 for the "closure date" purpose.
