      Allowing the addition of entire groups to a watch list would for example allow the sales department to watch in on a particular inquiry to the technical team that might be a lead, allowing them to step in if it turns out that way. Also, with a distributed corporate structure, it would allow for developmental issues that concern other departments directly to be notified of respective changes that affect them.
