How To Reproduce
1. Click on "Find Issues" in top menu
2. In " Dates and Times" section, set "Created After" to 31/Jan/05 and "Created Before" to 01/Mar/05
3. Conduct search
Result
Jira is searching and showing all issues created from 31-Jan-05 to 28-Feb-05.
The result should only view issues created from 01-Feb-05 to 28-Feb-05.
This is correct for end date but not the start date, current workaround is to read "Created After" as "Created On/After".
Perhaps end date should be changed instead and wording changed to:
"Created On/After"
and
"Created On/Before"
