Central Switch to deactivate self-notification for all users

      Some of our users are complaining to me, that they always get notifcations for changes they made themselves. I know this can be switched off by each individual user, but i need a way to change this for ALL our users at once.

      I would propose a central default setting for all users, where self-notification can be set to "off"
