Need to switch off self-notification for all users

    Description

      Some of our users are complaining to me, that they always get notifcations for changes they made themselves. I know this can be switched off by each individual user, but i need a way to change this for ALL our users at once. How can i do this?

      As we have about 100 users i hope i dont have to do this manually.
