Summary

The add comment screen will hang when adding comment using add comment link from the JIRA Notification Mail

Environment

Google Chrome: Version 46.0.2490.80 (64-bit)
Mozilla Firefox: Verison 41.0.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Add Comment from the JIRA Notification Mail
2. It would open a link to the issue with #add-comment in the URL
   • https://instancedomain/browse/SUP-1#add-comment
3. Add a comment and click the Add button.

Expected Results

It should add the comment without delay

Actual Results

Add comment screen will hang with spinning wheel

Workaround

1. Add comment through View Issue Screen
2. Remove the parameter #add-comment from the link and reload the page
