With Safari 4, Cmd+C on a bug page sometimes jumps up to "Create Bug" popup

When using Cmd+C to copy some text out of a bug (in detailed bug view), the "Create Issue" popup is triggered. This causes the browser to scroll up to the top, though the text does appear to get copied.

Steps to reproduce:

1. View a bug
2. Highlight some text
3. Press Cmd+C to copy the text

This did not appear to happen when I tried it against a bug on Atlassian's tracker (this server), but happens every time against the Codehaus tracker.
