JQL:Trying to use e-mail ID in assignee/reporter field for JQL query throw exception

      Steps:
      1. Login to JIRA.
      2. Run a query in advanced mode as "assignee/reporter =vbharara@atlasssian.com".

      Result.
      1. The query fails with exception "Unable to parse the query 'assignee=vbharara@atlassian.com' with thrown exception: 'An error occured while parsing the JQL 'filter=test and assignee=vbharara@atlassian.com'.'.

      Expected:
      1. A better error message and the docs needs change too as currently it suggest that we can search on E-mail ID for assignee and reporter field.
