JQL: It will great if user can use E-mail ID's for searching in Assignee and reporter fields

      Feature request:Support of E-mail Id in search fields

      1. Currently we don't support the search on E-mail ID's for assignee and Reporter field. Only user name and full name can be used. It will be a great feature if e-mail ID can be used for searching also.
