Robust error reporting for the JQL including, if possible, the line/column number of the syntax error

Details

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

    Description

      We need to make a better pass at our parser error messages and see if we can make them a bit more user friendly.

      We also need to evaluate our current error messages in relation to functions, I think we need to not show the values that functions create and limit the message to only saying that the function provided an illegal value.
