Description
It is observed that if a plan has one or more releases that are excluded in the plan, if any change is made in the issue sources (a new source added, or an existing source is tweaked or an existing source is changed but brought back to the original value), all the excluded releases are added back to the plan.
This happens also if there are list of issues that are excluded and if any of them is added back to the plan.
This can cause fluctuating load time for plans that have many releases and everytime they have to excluded back manually.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a plan with issue sources
- Make sure there are releases in the plan
- Exclude them from the plan
- Change the issue source (or if there are any issues from the exclusion rules, include one)
- Verify if the releases are included again
Workaround
- Exclude releases everytime there is a change in the issue sources or if any excluded issue is included to the plan
