      Problem Definition

      At the moment, when loading a portfolio plan, it will load/downloading the jira-issue-collector-plugin from JAC (and this request often takes longer time)

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great to have the option to disable loading issue collector from JAC if the users do not need it.
