    • JIRA feedback is collected from a number of different sources and is evaluated when planning the product roadmap. If you would like to know more about how JIRA Product Management uses customer input during the planning process, please see our post on Atlassian Answers.

      Currently Portfolio schedules as much as possible for a team member without trying to spread the work which could result in some people being at full capacity and some no work at all.

      To preserve both behavior it would be nice to have a scheduling option to allow spreading the work evenly across team members.
