  You've planned your sprint on the agile board, but the total capacity exceeds the team's velocity. In this case, the capacity view shows the red overbooked portion.

• Portfolio 2.1.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up Portfolio Plan that is over capacity
2. Calculate plan
