Users without Jira Ops licenses see a partly broken UI in Jira Ops

      If a user does not have a Jira Ops license and is given permission to view a Jira Ops project, the UI is partly broken. For example, the getting started, open incidents and all incidents pages all show a "page not found" / "this page isn't available" error message.

      Work-arounds:

      • Grant Jira Ops licenses to individual users
      • Grant Jira Ops licenses to all users, by assigning Jira Ops access to "all active users", e.g. on the Site administration > Product access screen.
