      Currently, in Automation for Jira Cloud, there is a ProForma Forms action in Automation for Jira that allows us to create an Automation to Attach a Form on a condition.

      This would be very useful in Jira DC as well to workaround the following limitation: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FORMDC-61
