Description
Issue Summary
The Run Jira automation rules as another user product document mentions the Automation for Jira user, which is available by default only on Cloud.
Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results
The Data Center/Server document should not mention a feature that is only applicable to Cloud.
Actual Results
The Automation for Jira user doesn't exist by default on the Data Center/Server deployment.
Workaround
A Jira administrator may choose to create a service account with a similar name.
