    Description

In the cloud version of A4J, we have the option to run rules with the generic "Automation for Jira" user managed by Automation for Jira as it is mentioned on the What is a rule actor?.

In the On-Premisses version of the app (Server and Data Center), while it is recommended to use a dedicated user as the actor, it is required for this user to be manually created, and this user will count towards the license limit.
      Reference: Concepts - Rule Actors

We'd like for the option available on Cloud to be imported into the On-Premisses version to avoid having the user counting towards the license limit.
