Bring the Lookup Issues action to Automation for Jira Server

Problem Definition

We recently released "Lookup Issues" action to Automation for Jira Cloud mentioned in the following posts:

• Automation actions
• Send a list of issues in Slack with Jira automatio... - Atlassian Community
  However, this is not yet available in Server as at latest version (7.1.16 at the time of this request)

Suggested Solution

Release this to the server app as well.
