Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center

When attempting to create a rule with the 'Create subtasks' action, the page keeps spinning and doesn't load the needed data to be filled. Refreshing the page doesn't fix it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new rule using any trigger (for instance issue commented).
2. Configure the rule to trigger a 'Create Subtasks' action.

Expected Results

The action configuration page loads the fields to be filled for the subtasks to be created.

Actual Results

The page shows a spinning wheel and doesn't load the data to be filled.

• Refreshing the browser doesn't fix it.
• No errors were noticed in the browser console logs, HAR files, or app logs.

Workaround

Use the 'Create Issue' action instead. Choose 'Sub-task' as Issue type and the parent issue in question as Parent issue.
