When a user triggers automated actions with conditions we need a mechanism to notify the user when the conditions are not met. I have a rule that requires all stories under an Epic to be in one of certain statuses. If that condition is not met it would be good to tell the user so they know the rule did not run and what needs to be done. Even better if it could list the specific failures but just a basic notification would be a huge improvement. How about instead of the misleading message that the rule ran successfully (yes, it ran successfully from a code perspective) the banner says "Rule XXX ran with some errors", or "Some conditions of rule XXX were not met"?
