Problem

At the moment, the trigger Field Value changed in automation for Jira does not support Assets/Insight Custom fields (these fields are not listed in Fields to monitor for changes).

Suggestion

Please provide support for Insight custom fields in Field Value changed trigger in a rule.

Workaround

• In the Field value changed trigger configuration of the rule, instead of searching for the Assets Custom Field in the dropdown, just type the name of the field ("Platform" in the example below):
  
• Press the "enter" key, and the field name will be included in the list of Fields to monitor:
