Problem Definition

It would be nice to be able to set the initiator or other user fields on the issue (reporter, assignee) as the actor of the rule.
Things to watch for:

• Permission escalation

• Need a fallback for scheduled rules / incoming web hook

Suggested Solution

It would be good if we could use smart values to set the rule actor in the server also.
