Description
Currently when configuring an Automation for Jira rule the conditions outside of an if block are not able to utilize the re-fetched issue data that is executed within an if block. This causes the remaining conditions to be evaluated incorrectly.
The use case for re-fetching issue data within an if-block instead of outside of one is to optimize the rule performance making it so that re-fetching issue data only occurs when certain conditions are met. This action causes the rule execution time to be longer and if done so repeatedly could lead to the rule being throttled.
