      Issue Summary

When uploading a file for import purposes, if the file is larger than 4MB, Jira Align will throw a "file too large" error, however, the ImportObjects page and help menus on Jira Align do not specify the maximum size limit.

Although we do include the size limit in this article: https://agilecrafthelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004197194-10X-Supported-Attachments-

...it's not obvious that this rule also applies to the size of the file you wish to use for import.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In Jira Align, navigate to the Story Grid, for example.
      2. Click More Actions -> Import
      3. The import page appears.

      Expected Results

The ImportObjects page and corresponding help menus should include some information on the Maximum file size limit under the "Preparing the Import File" section. I have updated the public knowledge base with the limits, and the UI and help menus should also include this info:

      https://agilecrafthelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000088674-10X-Import-Objects-Via-Excel-Overview

      Actual Results

No mention is made of this and attempts to upload an excel file larger than 4MB fails with the "file too large" error. If the file is split up into smaller chunks less than 4MB, then the uploads of the smaller files work fine.

Also, the grammar could stand to be cleaned up in the error message. It currently says "The file you try to upload is too large". It should say something along the lines of...."The file you tried to upload is larger than 4MB"

      Workaround

If your import file is larger than 4MB please consider splitting the file up into smaller files and importing them individually.
