Issue Summary

Program Board: Team Target Completion Sprint not updated on Feature quick view when updating is through Details dialog

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Go to Program Board.
3. Open quick view for any Feature in any Teams swimlane.
4. Click on the Details link.
5. Set some Begin work and Finish Work Sprints.
6. Click Save.

Expected Results

Sprint selected in 'Team Target Completion Sprints:' is updated to one that was selected as Finish Work in Details.

Actual Results

Sprint is updated only after user re-accesses panel

Workaround

Refresh panel
