Issue Summary

Backlog: Item doesn't persist position when moving it by Move to Position option

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Go to Backlog>Epics.
3. Right-click on any Epic in the Parking lot.
4. Select Move to Position and Place Epic in some position.
5. Refresh

Expected Results

The epic position is persisted after the refresh.

Actual Results

The Epic is moved back to its old position.

Workaround

To use Drag and Drop functionality.
